The holder houses a guy rope, having a reel rotating in a housing (2) and to which the rope (10) is attached at one end. The other end passes out through an opening. A coil spring is attached at opposite ends to the housing and the reel, so as to wind the rope in. A lock with external release control engages between the housing and reel. There is an attachment on the housing on the opposite side to the opening.
