PURPOSE:To prevent generation of asynchronism between respective tables by respectively installing a winding shape detectors and shape control means for respective stands and correcting a shape control signal of an S-shaped table based on shape control signals from upper and lower tables. CONSTITUTION:An upper table 3, S-shaped table 4, and lower table 5 are provided with table winding shape detectors 9-12, 13, 14 and 15-18 and shape control means 19, 20, 21, respectively. Further, a looper speed synchronous control means 22 is installed and speed correction signals A, C from the tables 3, 5 are inputted to the means 22. In that time, a shape correction signal B from the S-shaped table shape control means 20 is corrected based on the signals A, C. Thus, controls between respective tables 3, 4, 5 are performed in a mutually related condition of the controls and asynchronism between speeds of the tables 3, 4, 5 is positively prevented.
