<p>PURPOSE:To easily and quickly correct a sentence when the KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion is carried out, by designating the unconverted KANA character string data for each character and the conversion candidate character string data for each paragraph respectively and correcting these designated character string data for each character and paragraph. CONSTITUTION:When the KANA character string data is inputted, this data is stored in a character string data memory means 1 and at the same time the KANA/KANJI conversion is carried out with operation of a conversion key, etc. Thus the KANJI- KANA conversion candidate character string data is stored in a character data memory means 2. In case the unconverted KANA character string data is corrected in a state where both unconverted KANA character string data and the conversion candidate character string data are displayed together at a display part, the unconverted character string data is designated by a data designating means 3 for each character and these designated characters are corrected by a correcting means 4. While in case the conversion candidate character string data is corrected, this data is designated by the means 3 for each paragraph and these designated paragraphs are collectively corrected by the means 4. Thus the sentences can be easily and quickly corrected.</p> |
