发明名称 PRODUCTION OF BAKING TYPE FLUX FOR SUBMERGED ARC WELDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve yield of product flux by using the specific mol ratio of alkali salt silicate powder as caking agent in granulating and baking stages for the caking agent and the flux raw material powder and also adding water before granulation. CONSTITUTION:The caking agent is formed by mixing 5-15 parts of the alkali salt silicate powder to 100 parts of the flux raw material powder. Then, the alkali salt silicate powder is used at <=2.0 mol ratio. Next, by adding 80-200 parts of water to 100 parts of the caking agent, the granulation is executed. As the alkali salt silicate having <=2.0 the mol ratio is used as the caking agent, and also the water is added before the granulation, development of the fine particle having less than lower limit value in particle size of the product flux is prevented. Further, as coarsening of the particle size is prevented, the yield of the product flux is improved.
