PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in processability and abrasion resistance, comprising specified carbon black and a rubber. CONSTITUTION:To 100pts.wt. natural rubber or blend thereof with other diene rubbers (e.g., polybutadiene), 30-90pts.wt. carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (N2SA) of 100-160m<2>/g and a 24M4 DBP absorption of 90-110ml/100g and satisfying the formula (wherein Dst is the model diameter in a distribution of agglomerates, and N2SA and 24M4 DBP are as mentioned above) and, optionally, a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization accelerator, an antioxidant, a softener, a filler, a tackifier, etc. are added.
