发明名称 CONTINUOUSLY TINKERING PADDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent uneven structure of padding layer to longitudinal direction and to reduce surface roughness by inserting detecting rod for solidified interface in molten metal for padding, detecting sending length till abutting on the solidified interface and adjusting speed in accordance with this detecting output. CONSTITUTION:A base material 5 is preheated by a preheating coil 6 and also the molten metal is poured into gap between the base material 5 and refractory frame 1, and the molten metal is heated and stirred by a heating coil 2 so as hot to solidify. Welding reaction is developed between the molten metal and the base material surface, and after passing necessary time, the base material 5 is descended toward A direction, and the padding layer is in order solidified by a buffering mold 3 and a water cooled mold 4, and at the same time, the new molten metal is additionally poured into the refractory frame 1 and by repeating this operation, the padding is completed. During this padding, the detecting rod ll is inserted into the molten metal under using a cylinder 12 as driving means, to abut on the solidified interface and detect the displacing ra.e by a detector 13, and by this detected signal, the descending speed of the base material 5 and output of induction heating and the preheating coil are varied. Then, the position of solidified interface is adjusted to the fixed position and the uneven structure of the solidified interface is economically prevented.
