<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the back-flow of sea water or fresh water into a liquefied gas outlet pipe in case of stopping the flow of the liquefied gas, by placing an outlet nozzle of liquefied gas in sea water or fresh water, and covering the nozzle with a bottom-opened cover, thereby separating the low temperature wall of the outlet nozzle from the sea water, etc. CONSTITUTION:Liquefied gas 3 is introduced into a liquefied gas vaporizer 1 through an outlet nozzle 2 covered with a bottom-opened cover 9, and brought into contact with sea water or fresh water 4 introduced as a heating medium into the vaporizer 1. The liquefied gas is vaporized in contact with sea water, etc., and the vaporized gas is collected in the cover 9. The end of the nozzle 2 is always kept in the vaporized gas phase. The mixture of the liquefied gas and the vaporized gas is pushed out with the pressure of the vaporized gas from the interface of the gas and the liquid 10, and brought into contact with the surrounding sea water to effect the complete gasification. The back-flow of the sea water 4 into the liquefied gas pipe can be prevented even if the flow of the liquefied gas 3 is stopped, only by keeping the pressure in the vaporizer to a proper level.</p> |
