PURPOSE:To simplify structure and to reduce a trouble, by mounting a read head and a print head on a cover body side, and mounting a rotary member only on a main body. CONSTITUTION:In the space part of the main body 1, a read roller 9 and a print roller 10 are mounted rotatably, and a roll body 11 is provided between them. Also, the shafts of the rollers 9 and 10 are linked to the output shafts of driving means 17 and 18 mounted on the main body 1 respectively. Thus, the rotary members 9-11 and the driving means 17 and 18 for those members are mounted only on the main body, and also, the read head 12 and the print head 13 accompanying no rotary operation are mounted on the cover body 2. In such a way, the structure of a cover body side is simplified, and no vibration at the time of opening and closing the cover body is transferred to the rotary member, thereby, the trouble or play can be reduced.
