PURPOSE:To enable the amount of intake surrounding air to be controlled in less-expensive and accurate manner without using any CO2 sensor by a method wherein a degree of opening of a damper corresponding to an amount of intake surrounding air is set for every specified unit of time according to the concentration of CO2 which is set in advance, a degree of opening of the surrounding air damper corresponding to a reduced amount of air, a degree of opening of the surrounding air corresponding to the reduced amount of air is corrected to control the degree of opening of each of the dampers. CONSTITUTION:In general, concentration of CO2 follows the number of occupants in a room. This concentration is divided by a unit of specified time and set as an amount of intake surrounding air, i.e. a degree of opening of a damper. An air circulating fan 1 and an air feeding fan 7 have variable number of rotation set through an inverter and the like. A required amount of air is determined according to condition of an indoor load and the like and correspondingly the number of rotation of each of the fans is determined. The degree of opening of the damper is corrected by a surrounding air damper correcting biasing degree of opening setting means 12 stored in a controller 13 in accordance with the number of rotation of each of the air feeding fan 7 and the air circulation fan 1. So, even in case that the number of rotation of each of the fans is varied through the CO2 sensor inverter and the like, it becomes possible to perform an accurate control over an amount of intake surrounding air.
