PURPOSE:To adjust a sound volume from an opponent mike to an optimum sound volume for a person himself by setting the gain of an opponent key telephone set as designated with a main device and renewing even the storage of a memory to the gain when a gain designating signal, which designates the gain of the mike amplifier of the opponent key telephone set, is inputted from the key telephone set during the call. CONSTITUTION:A main device 1 has a mike amplifier gain memory part to store the gain of the newest respective mike amplifiers 41-4m, which are set by the respective mike amplifier adjusting circuits 51-5m of respective key telephone sets 11-1m, and when a channel is set among the key telephone sets 11-1m and key switches 21-2m are operated so as to designate the gain of the mike amplifiers 41-4m of the opponent key telephone sets 11-1m from any of the key telephone sets 11-1m connected by the channel, a control part 3 inputs this gain designating signal, compares the gain of the mike amplifier of the opponent key telephone set stored by the gain memory part 4 with a designated gain, outputs a sound volume adjusting signal to the opponent key telephone set so as to correspond to the designated gain and also updates the data of the gain of the gain memory part 4 with the data of the new gain.
