PURPOSE:To make hard to generate malfunction, by taking a difference between a reference output by both elements the lowering of an output level due to the R component of a human body and the deviation of a phase due to the C component. and setting a detecting level. CONSTITUTION:When the human body is brought into contact with a device, equivalent circuits 6 and 3 are generated between touch switches 6.2 and ground 6.3.4 and 6.3.5 by the R component(R2) and the C component(C2) held by the human body. The output level from a comparison output part 6 is lowered by the R component(R2), and the deviation of the phase is generated by the C component(C2). The difference D1 of both outputs is increased larger compared with a case where no deviation is generated, and the difference becomes maximum at a time when the deviation of the phase reaches to 180 deg.. The larger the difference between the reference output S and a switch output C is, that is, the higher the level of a detected output D1 is, the more an operation can be performed surely, and the malfunction is hard to generate.
