PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by reading out a data of a first storage means and deriving AND to an output of a pulse generating means, and writing its result and a specific signal in a second storage means. CONSTITUTION:The first storage means 100 is constituted of a two-dimensional memory in which an address of a key, and an address of a pointer are variables in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, respectively, a data of its means 100 is read out successively in order of the address by a signal from a scanning address generating means 80, and its output data and an output of a pulse generating means 90 are inputted to an AND means 110. Also, in accordance with a signal corresponding to an address of an output of the means 80, an output data of the means 110 is written in the second storage means 120, and a data which is brought to sorting is outputted from the means 120.
