For this reason, by re-activating the parts determining means 6, the parts name is correctly determined. At this time, even when the segment exists in which the parts name is not determined, the parts of all segments are correctly determined by activating repeatedly the adjoining parts hypothesis updating means 7 and the parts determining means 6.
