PURPOSE:To enhance the rigidity of a vehicle body in several directions with a simple arrangement by changing the respective suspension characteristics of a pair of wheels which are positioned on each diagonal line of the vehicle so as to be hard when the suspensions of the pair of wheels change in relatively reverse phases. CONSTITUTION:When, for example, a front right wheel 1R is displaced in a bumping direction so that the front right wheel 1R and a rear left wheel 2L are displaced in relatively reverse phases, which wheels are located on one diagonal line of a vehicle body, a first rod 10a constituting a slibilizer 10 swings about a pivot shaft 1 so that its inboard side end is displaced downward. Further, the displacement of the first rod 10a is transmitted to a third rod 10c through a second red 10b so that the rear end of the third rod 10c is raised, resulting that the rear left wheel 2L is urged in the bumping direction. Accordingly, the spring forces of suspensions 3, 6 for the front right wheel 1R and the rear left wheel 2L are enhanced respectively, thereby it is possible to enhance the rigidity of the vehicle against rolling and pitching. |
