PURPOSE:To keep air tightness with a duct connecting port without reducing the workability of a taping work even if a ventilation duct and a duct connection port are not concentrically positioned during operation by a method wherein the inner spherical surface of a fixing frame and an outer spherical surface of a duct connection port are slidably and rotatably connected to each other. CONSTITUTION:A fixing frame 6 having an opening 7 of spherical surface communicating with a discharging port 5 is fixed with screws and the like. A duct connection port 8 having a spherical surface 9 forming the outer spherical surface with substantially the same radius of curvature as that of the inner spherical surface is slidably and rotatably connected to the inner spherical surface of the opening 7 of the fixing frame 6. Even if the fixing frame 6 and a ventilation duct 11 are not arranged concentrically and inclined to each other, the duct connection port 8 is rotated to enable the duct connection port 8 and the ventilation duct 11 to be easily connected, resulting in that no interference is provided for the work of winding a tape 12. Since the duct connection port 8 and the fixing frame contact each other on the spherical surface, an air tightness between the members is kept.
