PURPOSE:To obtain the titled controller having high accuracy by providing a start information storage part for storing the information by which timing each timer has been started, and a high speed sampling counter, and executing a time limit processing. CONSTITUTION:A general purpose data memory part 30 is constituted of a storage element part 1, a timer address switching circuit 2, a timer memory competition control circuit 3, etc. In this state, an input address of its start information storage part (start information holding means) 10 is connected to a switching circuit 2, and an input/output control signal is connected to the control circuit 3. Also, in the storage part 10, a start flag and a start label are stored, and start information is brought to high speed sampling by a timer control part 4. In such a way, the storage part 10 holds the start information of each timer, and also, a timer counting signal by this start information and a high speed sampling counter 11 is outputted to the timer control part 4, and the time limit processing is executed with high accuracy without changing a time limit processing range.
