PURPOSE:To hold various information of an address register, etc., at the time of abnormality by storing an address abnormality instruction in a nanoprogram control part and providing an address abnormality detecting circuit which performs the address abnormality processing at the time of output of an address abnormality signal from the nanoprogram control part. CONSTITUTION:If a nanoprogram counter reaches the address of the address abnormality instruction because of the occurrence of address abnormality in a nanosequencer 21, the address abnormality signal is outputted from a nanoprogram control part 2 to an address abnormality control circuit. This address abnormality control circuit immediately operates the nanoprogram control circuit 2 to forcibly restore the microprogram processing and informs an operation system of this restoration. When the operation system judges that execution of the nanoprogram processing can be continued, a latch state release command is outputted to the address abnormality control circuit, and the restart of the nanoprogram is inhibited unless the latch state of the address abnormality signal is released. |
