PURPOSE:To secure the operation even in case of abnormal rise of the circuit temperature and to enable a microprocessor and a RAM to restart the stable operation at the time of restoration to the normal temperature by providing a temperature sensor which controls the operation of the microprocessor and the RAM. CONSTITUTION:An operation control temperature sensor 20 is provided, and the set temperature is set to a value T2 [<(a set temperature T1 of a temperature sensor 10)] approximating the IC operation ensuring limit temperature, and the sensor 20 detects a temperature T of the whole of the circuit, and the sensor 20 has terminals 21 and 22 short-circuited when the detected temperature T is lower than the set temperature T2, and the sensor 20 has terminals 21 and 22 opened and sets a microprocessor 1 and a RAM 14 to the reset state and the disable state respectively when the temperature T is higher than the set temperature T2. If the temperature of the circuit rises to exceeds the set temperature of the power control temperature sensor 10, the operation of the circuit is stopped because power is not supplied to the microprocessor 1 and the RAM 14. When the temperature is restored to the normal value, the circuit restarts the stable operation. |
