PURPOSE:To limit the transmitting person of communication equipment to a special person by providing an information input means, a password memory means, a comparing means to compare above-mentioned input information and the password and a generator in which comes to be active when both are coincident and a dial output can be executed. CONSTITUTION:A password is stored in a password memory 4 beforehand. The data inputted from a keyboard interface 1 by the operation of a key matrix are stored into a RAM 2. At such a time, the signal generated from a control logic circuit 3 is obtained and compared with the contents of the password memory 4 and a comparator 5. Only when the contents of the RAM 2 are equal to the contents of the password memory 4, the control logic circuit 3 makes a generator 6 active and the data from the succeeding keyboard interface 1 are dial-outputted from the generator 6. Since the setting of the password is a port input, the control to use a card, etc., specified for users individually can be executed.
