<p>PURPOSE:To enable different form articles to be warehoused and vice versa in an accurate manner by reading the article code installed in a different form article storage rack, detecting the position of a delivery device, and checking each of multifarious articles during conveyance while moving, in case of an automatic warehousing system for tapes and the like for a broadcasting station. CONSTITUTION:When a tape delivery device reaches a target rack after traveling on a rail, it reads the bar code attached to an exclusive block 1 with a bar code reading member, making sure of the object rack address. Next, a tape is held by a chuck 42 of a hand member 40, taking it out. At this time, spotting for a picking device 3 is carried out by a vertical positioning photosensor 43 and a horizontal positioning photosensor 44 installed in the chuck 42 and the hand member 40 is matched with the center of a tape storage case 16, and the drawn tape is housed in a bucket 45. With this constitution, different form articles can be warehoused and vice versa at high speed in an accurate manner.</p> |
