PURPOSE:To eliminate electric consumption and heat generation by rotating a rotor by the repetition of repelling force and attracting force between a sun pole and a planetary pole when an external force is applied to rotate a flywheel at the time of starting. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical motor frame 1 is composed of a frame body 9, and covers 10, 12, has, therein a rotor shaft 3 provided with a spline shaft 14 at the center, a rotor 2, and a cylindrical magnet planetary pole 4, and a flywheel 7 and a speed regulating mechanism 8 to construct a magnet motor. The rotor 2 has solar poles 23 with 4 U-shaped magnets radially attached thereto so that the poles 4 are rotated 4 times as frequent as the pole 23 in the same rotary direction. Thus, when an external force is applied to rotate the flywheel 7 at the time of starting, the motor is then rotated continuously at the rotor 2 by the repetition of repelling force and attracting force of the poles 23 and 4.
