PURPOSE:To make the acceptance of a office line incoming call efficient, and to shorten the waiting time of a caller at the time of the no answer of a subscriber by calling simultaneously a specified extension telephone, and connecting the trunk line incoming call to the telephone, which answers at first. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming arrives at a trunk line trunk 1, a control circuit 3 calls a representative extension telephone A, and stores the information of the number of times of ringing tone in a storage circuit 4. When the number of times of the ringing tone reaches 5, a switching instruction to a transfer mode is sent from the storage circuit 4, and the circuit 3 simultaneously calls an extension telephone B1 together with the telephone A. When the telephone B1 is busy or does not answer for a prescribed time, it calls simultaneously the next telephone B2, and successively repeats the call similarly until the answer is gotten. Then, it connects the trunk line incoming call to the telephone, which answers first, among these telephones, and stops the call for the rest.
