PURPOSE:To perform beautiful time display, by introducing light into a predetermined optical fiber corresponding to a time and emitting the same from the end surface of the optical fiber to perform time display. CONSTITUTION:A large number of optical fibers are arranged to a display plate 10 displaying a time. These optical fibers 12 are radially arranged to the display plate 10 from the central part thereof to the peripheral edge part thereof in the directions of time graduations respectively divided into 60 equal parts in the peripheral direction of the display plate 10 so as to expose the end surfaces of the optical fibers to the surface of the display plate 10. Light is introduced into the predetermined optical fiber 12 corresponding to a time and emitted from the end surface thereof to display the time.
