The sanitary fitting comprises an outer envelope (3) made of leakproof flexible material, an upper support plate (4) which is perforated (6), mechanically resistant and capable of supporting, by way of bearings (7-8) reaching the base of the envelope, the corpse or a coffin placed on it, and a plurality of separating plates (9-12) made of absorbent cardboard, if appropriate perforated, and superposed over the height of the fitting, at least the upper separating plate (9) being covered with solid disinfecting products (11), and a layer of absorbent material (13) being interposed between each of the pairs of lower separating plates (12). The invention allows the coffin to be placed in a compartment-type necropolis without the compartment being stained by the effluents. <IMAGE> |
