PURPOSE:To reduce the bias of information amount and to obtain suitability in use by indicating the position of abscissa where a cursor is placed on the central part of abscissa indication of a CRT indicating picture, when an enlarged or reduced picture is indicated for the abscissa where the cursor is placed. CONSTITUTION:When an enlarged or reduced picture is indicated, the position where the cursor 1 on the abscissa is placed, is moved to the central part of the picture, whereby a graph is indicated. Accordingly, since information are indicated almost equally at left and right of the cursor, the bias in the information amount is reduced more than the bias in the former process, and is more suitable in use. While the condition of information collection at left and right of the cursor is judged, when the locus is totally moved in an abscissa direction, the bias of the information amount is further reduced.
