PURPOSE:To prevent electric failures such as cross-talk in the case of high density configuration, by providing a conduction part connecting a metal cap sealed on an insulating substrate with sealing glass, and an earth wiring connected to the earth potential in an wiring layer formed on the surface of an insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:A conduction part 17 connecting a metal cap 16 sealed on an insulating substrate 1 with sealing glass 13, and an earth wiring 15 connected to the earth potential of at least one line of an wiring layer 8 formed on the surface of the insulating substrate 1. Therefore, a stable earth potential can be applied to the metal cap 16, so that the electric coupling between each wiring of the wiring layer 8 and the metal cap 16 can be made close, and the coupling between each wiring can be relatively loose. Thereby, electric failures such as cross-talk can be reduced even in the case of high density configuration constituted by narrowing the separation of wirings. |
