PURPOSE:The titled base, prepared by incorporating sodium polyacrylate with aluminum hydroxide gel and light silicic acid anhydride in the presence of water, having moderate viscoelasticity and application property, and usable to pack in any part of the face including the circumocular part. CONSTITUTION:A base for pack, containing 1-10wt%, based on the total weight of the base, sodium polyacrylate (having 20,000-80,000 average molecular weight), 0.01-1wt% aluminum hydroxide and 0.1-5wt% light silicic acid anhydride or/and hydrous silicic acid and at least 50wt% water, and adjusted to 4-7pH with lactic acid as a pH adjustor. The base is directly applicable to the circumocular part or the face, by coating, etc., but preferably applied thereto by coating or extending the base previously on a base fabric, e.g. a nonwoven fabric, laminating a peelable film thereon and peeling the above-mentioned film in use. |
