PURPOSE:To make it impossible to execute the combination input of numerals unless a recognizing medium is known and to execute sure recognization by using the shape data of the recognizing medium as input data to execute personal recognition. CONSTITUTION:The shape data of a prescribed recognizing medium is read out by an image scanner and previously recorded in a magnetic card 21 and the data is read out by a card reader 20 and stored in a card data buffer memory 12. On the other hand, the shape of the recognizing medium 2 is read out by the image scanner 3, processed by an image processing part 4 and inputted to an operation control part 5. The control part 5 successively stores the scanning data in an image buffer memory 11, finds out an average and stores the shape data. A comparing part 6 compares the data stored in the memory 12 with the shape data stored in the memory 11 and outputs a recognizing result IDR. Consequently, the ID of the card 21 with a person himself can not be executed by another person until the recognizing medium is known by another person. |
