In order to give the moulded parts optimum mechanical strength properties, an extruder (31) is used to deposit the preferably preheated moulding material in the form of a strand (54) on the bottom (55) of a mould cavity (56) of a compression mould (33), the die (36) and/or the compression mould (33) being movable in the x and y directions as well as, if appropriate, in the z direction and also preferably being able to swivel, in order that the axial direction of the strand (54), and consequently the axial direction of the fibres contained in the moulding material, is in each case appropriately set during depositing to suit the local strength requirements of the moulded part to be produced. <IMAGE> |
