PURPOSE:To simply position a horn shape opening part by disposing a protruding step on the peripheral edge of the rear face of a diaphragm at the time of fixing a horn shape coupling attached to the peripheral edge of a voice coil to the rear face of the diaphragm constituting a planar speaker. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of the plate of the external periphery of the diaphragm 10 is thickened to produce the ring form step on the external periphery and the horn shape, namely the cone type coupling 9 opening part attached to the peripheral edge of the voice coil 6 is positioned by making this step a guide. In such a way, a jig for positioning the coupling 9 and the diaphragm 10 is not required but a proportion defective is remarkably reduced.
