PURPOSE:To prevent generation of crack due to heat and to improve electrostatic characteristics by constituting a photosensitive body of a base, a selenic photoconductor layer, and a reflection preventing film consisting of two layers. CONSTITUTION:A first reflection preventing film layer 4 is formed on the surface of a base constituting body constituted of a base 2 of a photosensitive body and a selenic photoconductor layer 3 formed on the base 2 by coating with a first inorganic material by the PVD process. Then a layer of a second inorganic material is formed on the first coating film layer 4 forming thus a second reflection preventing film layer 5. By this process, two layers of the reflection preventing film 6 are made to function as reflection preventing film and also as protective film. By this constitution, electrostatic characteristics are imparted and generation of thermal crack on the surface is prevented. |
