The cooker comprises a burner (3) a connector (4) for a cartridge (5) of liquefield combustible gas, and a gas flow regulator (6) betweenb the burner and the gas connection. The cooker has a top cover (2) in the form of a flattened dome having multiple openings to allow passage of cooking vessels (8). A radiant burner (3) is placed under the cenre of the cover and is in the form of a vertical cylinder, with the vertical burner tube (9) enclosed by a verticalcylindricalscreen (11) which provides the radiating surface. USE/ADVANTAGE - Free-standing cooker for use on table or balcony for raclette cooking, or for grilling of meat.
