PURPOSE:To process an inhibited expression words or phrases without requiring care of the operator at the input time, by displaying the alternative expression corresponding to the inhibited expression as the output on a display device if the input is the inhibited expression. CONSTITUTION:When one expression is inputted with Kana (Japanese syllabary) keys on a keyboard, a CPU reads out inhibited expressions stored in an inhibited word dictionary 5 and compares them with the inputted expression. If it is judged as the result of comparison that the inputted expression coincides with one stored inhibited expression, the CPU reads out a corresponding alternative expression from an alternative word dictionary 6 and records it in a temporary storage part of a memory and displays it on the display device. Next, when respective expressions are inputted and are not correspond to the inhibited expressions, the CPU retrieves the sentence, where Kanji (Chinese character) is mixed, corresponding to respective expressions from a normal dictionary 4 and stores it in the temporary storage part of the memory and displays it on the display device. A document generated in this manner is read out from the temporary storage part of the memory through the CPU and is printed by a printer. |
