发明名称 PROCESS FOR REGENERATING ALUMINIUM SUBSTRATE FROM PHOTOSENSITIVE OPC FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a photosensitive OPC (organic photoconductor) by allowing the photosensitive OPC to contact with con. HNO3 having >=90% concn. and removing the OPC by oxidation and decomposition. CONSTITUTION:An OPC is allowed to contact with conc. HNO3 having >=90% concn. and removed from the surface of an aluminium substrate by oxidizing and decomposing the OPC. Namely, the OPC is decomposed to low mol.wt. materials by being oxidized by the HNO3, and removed finally in the form of water-soluble nitro compds. or gaseous products. Suitable concn. of the HNO3 is >=90%, more pref. >=95%. By this process, the substrate is regenerated from photosensitive OPC of many kinds and many structures by removing OPC without causing any damage on the aluminium substrate.
