The device represents a disc including two cheeks 1 and 2. The joining of these two components makes it possible to obtain holes t for the ejection of the fluid; they are formed by symmetrical channels r on each of the two cheeks. The figure is a diagram of the embodiment. The addition of a supplementary cheek 5 to the cheeks 3 and 4, pierced right through in order to be able to reverse the direction of operation and allow braking, may be seen. Once assembled, it is possible to see that there is just a single hole in which there is placed a slide valve 6 controlled by a rod 7 controlled by an electromagnet 8. This assembly is intended for reversing the direction of operation. In the position a the turbine rotates in one direction. In the position b the rotational direction is reversed. <IMAGE>
