PURPOSE:To permit the regulation of discharged water amount as well as prevent back flow of water by controlling the height of a baggy rubber dam by pressures of water levels. CONSTITUTION:A baggy rubber dam 4 is connectly attached to a vertically movable hollow gate body 3, and an opening 7 through which water comes in and out is provided for the lower part of the gate 3. When sea water is introduced through the opening 7 by variation of water levels, air in the gate 3 is compressed to raise the rubber dam 4, thereby preventing the back flow of water during high tide.
