PURPOSE:To hold the wire end of a wire rod with high accuracy by providing a through hole at the tip of a holding claw and making the tip of the wire as a stopper by inserting the wire tip into the through hole freely slidably. CONSTITUTION:When a projection 10 is moved down by a cylinder, etc., a holding claw 6 is opened and an elastic wire 12 fitted to this holding claw 6 is moved in the opening direction as well. Since the elastic wire 12 is accustomed to be bent, the wire tip 12a is relatively delivered from the through hole, staying in the state of suppressing a core metal 1 by the tip 12a. The wire end 5a of the wire rod delivered so as to cross with a core metal 1 is therefore positioned by being locked to the tip 12a of this elastic wire at the time when moved upwards. This locking position becomes of the same shaft core of the core metal 1 as the holding position of the holding claw 6.
