PURPOSE:To output even an input wave which is equal in crest value, but different in waveform rate after easily correcting the difference in mean crest value by connecting a LPF and a HPF in parallel behind a detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The series circuit of the LPF 3 and an amplifier and the series circuit formed of the HPF 5, a signal detecting circuit 6, and a compensating voltage supply circuit 7 are connected in parallel across an adding circuit 8 between the detecting circuit 2 connected to a preamplifier 1 and a mean value circuit 9. Thus the LPF 3 is connected behind the circuit 2 and then a detection waveform 22 passes through the LPF 3 and circuit 8, so that a means crest value 23 is obtained by the circuit 9. Further, a detection waveform 25 passes through the HPF 5 connected too the LPF 3 in parallel and the circuit 6 detects the detection waveform 25 and switches the circuit 7 to correct the detection waveform 25, so that a mean crest value 26 is obtained through the circuits 8 and 9. Consequently, the difference in means crest value between the input waveform 21 and input waveform 24 which are equal in crest value, but different in waveform rate is eliminated within the correction range of the circuit 7.
