An intraosseous jaw implant for fastening of dentures comprises an anchorage body (2) which is inserted in an anchorage recess incorporated in the jaw bone. A neck part (7) to which is attached a post (8) with plug-in part (9) for insertion of the denture, projects from the anchorage body (2). At that end of the plug-in part (9) of the post (8) which faces the neck part (7) there is arranged a circumferential, radially projecting annular shoulder (11) designed as an internal stop for the denture (1). <IMAGE>
