PURPOSE:To form a very dense covering layer by a method in which a mixture of synthetic resin emulsion and alkali-resistant glass fibers is mixed with cement and aggregate, sent under pressure, and sprayed onto rocky slope by spray pump, etc. CONSTITUTION:A covering layer 2 is formed on rocky slope 1 by spraying a mixture of cement, aggregate, alkali-resistant glass fibers 3, and a synthetic resin emulsion onto the slope 1 while mixing it with stirring by a pressure sending pump. The delaminating and falling-down of the covering layer 2 by freezing of permeated water can be prevented because the impact resistance of the layer 2 becomes ten times cement mortar. Since the cement is gelled naturally, the occurrence of cracks by the binding action of the fibers can be prevented.
