PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by connecting a comparator and an AND circuit in series between a high potential side line and a low potential side line and operating the AND circuit by the same current as the operating current of the comparator so as to reduce number of transistors(TRs). CONSTITUTION:An AND circuit 4n has the 1st TRs Q32, Q33 driven when the input signal is larger than a reference value as the result of comparison by a comparator 1n and the 2nd TRs Q34, Q35 driven when smaller, the 2nd TRs are connected to a high potential line l1, and voltages flowing to the 2nd TR Q34, the 2nd TR Q35 connected to an AND circuit 4n-1 connected to a comparator 1n-1 having a lower reference voltage, and the 1st TR Q32 in an AND circuit 4n+1 connected to a comparator 1n+1 having a higher reference voltage are ANDed at the connecting point alpha between the 2nd TR Q34 and the resistor Rl. Thus, a digital signal based on the voltage at the connecting point is generated.
