PURPOSE:To enable a pool line to be rearranged in accordance with the purpose, by providing a pallet stock line in the upper part and further in parallel with a pallet conveying line while a lift device between both the pallet conveying line and the pallet stock line and forming these lines and device as one unit. CONSTITUTION:A pallet P, conveyed coming from a separate conveying line, is fetched to an arrangement bed 12, built in a pallet conveying line 1, being allowed to flow in the line 1 performing various arrangement works. The pallet P, conveyed in the line 1, changes the direction in a direction changing bed 13 by 90 deg. being carried out to a machine tool side or left as conveyed in the line 1. The pallet P, conveyed in the line 1, is reloaded by a lift device 3 to a pallet stock line 2. The pallet, if it accumulates staying by a fixed quantity, is fed to the line 1 by the lift device 3 suitably from the line 2 in accordance with a schedule, and the necessary pallet P is selected being successively fed to a machine tool. A unit U is connected corresponding to the plural machine tools if they are provided to be arranged.
