发明名称 MAGNETIZING APPARATUS OF RADIAL ANISOTROPIC CYLINDRICAL MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease cogging torque when a magnet is assembled into a motor and to secure the sufficient effective amount of magnetic flux, by applying winding in the state the winding wire parts are aligned on an epproximately straight line from the central part to the outer surface side so that an intermediate part between neighboring magnetic pole parts is divided into two parts. CONSTITUTION:An intense magnetic field is generated in a part close to a winding 14. The magnetic field, which is applied on a cylindrical magnet 10 is aligned in the troidal direction. The radial component of the magnetic field, which is applied on the cylindrical magnet 10, becomes large. The magnetic field is concentrated at a tip part 16a of each magnetic pole part 16. Therefore, the magnetic field in the radial direction become most intense. As a result, the tip of each magnetic pole is magnetized most intensely. A part close to the winding 14 is hardly magnetized. Such a magnetic flux density distribution is formed. Therefore, the magnetic flux density distribution of the magnetized cylindrical magnet 10 forms an approximately sinusoidal smooth curve. Thus an excellent effect for securing the sufficiently effective amount of the magnetic flux for actual use can be obtained. When this part is assembled into a motor as a rotor, cogging torque is decreased, and vibration, noises and the like are also reduced.
