PURPOSE:To raise the precision of adjustment by giving a specified optical input to a work, executing an operation based on an output signal from the work and automatically turning plural screws which adjust the posture of a distance measuring sensor and a position in an optical axis direction. CONSTITUTION:The work 2 is fixed on a fixed part 31 and a signal take-out part 10 is made to advance so as to be set on the work. A mask 54 is moved on the optical axis 18 to infer a mask aperture part 57 and the optical input is executed through the mask, then the posture for one axis of the range finding sensor is adjusted by turning a first screw through an adjusting part 32 from the output from the work. Next, an aperture part 55 is inferred and the output from the work is stored in a control part 45, then the posture for another axis of the range finding sensor is adjusted by turning a second screw in order to make the output from the work, at the time of inferring the aperture part 56, equal to the output at the time of inferring the aperture part 55. Next a lens is moved on the optical axis 18 so as to equally turn 1st-3rd screws and the position in the optical axis 18 direction is adjusted. By automatically adjusting plural screws, thus, saving trouble and raising precision can be realized. |
