PURPOSE:To attain saving of maintenance personnel number, wide operation of slave station, quick processing of charging information and maintenance service by means of quick traffic information collection by utilizing the existing signal line so as to transfer the traffic information of a slave station or slave station information such as detailed charging information to a terminal station. CONSTITUTION:A central controller 2 stores slave station information (for example, traffic information or detailed charging information) to a temporary storage device 3 by slave station 1 at every occurrence of information. Then the central controller 2 reads the slave station information from the temporary storage device 3 at every prescribed time to start a common line signal device 4 and to send the slave station information to a terminal station 5 via an inter- station signal line 9. The central controller 6 of the terminal station 5 receives the slave station information of the slave station 1 via a common line signal device 8 and stores it in the central storage device 7. The stored slave station information is outputted as required succeedingly and subjected to statistic processing.
