MOVING CORRECTION SUBSAMPLE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction in the resolution at the execution of movement correction by utilizing the absence of rapid change in the sent moving vector so as to apply approximation prediction to a moving vector between fields apart by one field at the reception side. CONSTITUTION:Moving information between fields apart by one frame before and after a noted field of a video signal sent from a sender side is sent and the moving information with respect to the past field apart by one field with respect to the noted field from the moving direction at the reception side and the information delaying the moving information by one field is subject to approximation prediction to 1/4 of the sum of the fields of moving information. The interpolation position of the sample of the past three fields is corrected with respect to the noted-field from the predicted moving information only the apply inter field interpolation, thus, the interpolation with less error is attained and the reduction in the resolution at panning is suppressed sufficiently.
