PURPOSE:To obtain the title molding low in pressure loss and excellent in rigidity and useful as a filter medium or the like, by elongating a specified foam to which skeleton a reaction-curable resin is adhered in a specified direction and curing the resin in this state. CONSTITUTION:A foam (A) (e.g., flexible polyester urethane foam) comprising a cell wall-free three-dimensional network skeletal structure is immersed in a liquid reaction-curable resin (B) (e.g., moisture-curable resin such as NCO- terminated urethane prepolymer) to adhere component 16 to the skeleton 14 of component A. Component A is elongated in a specified direction (direction AB) by 20-120% without collapsing meshes 17 so that the ratio (major diameter/minor diameter) of a mesh 17 may be at least 1.2. Component B is cured in this state.
