PURPOSE:To fetch only a normal data pulse surely by gating the part just before the data pulse position of a pulse string signal recovered from an audio signal and inhibiting the fetch of the data pulse just after the gate timing in the presence of the gate output. CONSTITUTION:The part just before the data pulse position of a pulse string signal demodulated and recovered from the audio signal is gated and the fetch of the data pulse just after the gate timing in the presence of the gate output is inhibited. Thus, when a pulse having a more or less wide pulse in the front ridge direction than the data pulse exists at the position of the data pulse in the pulse train signal, the pulse is discriminated to be a noise pulse to inhibit the fetch thereby preventing the fetch of the noise pulse generated due to the effect of the video signal as the data pulse in error thereby applying correctly the descrambling. |
