PURPOSE:To exactly and smoothly position sheets in an overlapped state by providing positioning holes on each of the respective sheets, inserting positioning pins into the holes and positioning the sheets while the plural sheets are held overlapped on each other above and below. CONSTITUTION:Slits 11a-13a extending transversely are provided at specified spaced intervals in a longitudinal direction on the remaining parts of the band- shaped plastic sheets 11-13 grasping chemical analysis films 4 except the parts to be blanked in order to obtain chemical analysis slides therefrom. At least one piece of the positioning holes 11b-13b are provided on each of the respective sheets in the remaining parts between the slits 11a-13a. The positioning pins are inserted into the holes 11b-13b and the sheets are positioned while the plural sheets are held overlapped on each other above and below at the time of holding of the chemical analysis films 4 between the sheets 11-13, sticking of the sheets 11-13 and blanking of the chemical analysis slides 5 from the sheets 11-13.
