PURPOSE:To raise safety and operation efficiency by lessening the fatigue of operators by a method in which a working device is integrally held with the vehicular body by a lift cylinder, and when the operation of the operating device is stopped, automatic switching is caused by a vibration-suppressing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A bucket 5 is adjusted by operating an oil-pressure switch valve 12 for dump cylinder to an angle at which no soil flows out and the vehicular body is moved forwardly or backwardly. The valve 12 and an oil pressure switch valve 13 for lift cylinder are operated continuously or intermittently. The vehicular body 2 side is in the main vibration system and the working device 3 side of smaller weight than the body 2 is in the sub-vibration system. Since no vibration occurs in the vehicular body even during high-speed running, a good riding comfort can be obtained.
